针对新时期"80年后"大学生思想行为特点,提出做好地方院校大学生思想政治工作应注意把握学生的思想特点,转变旧的思想政治教育观念,创新高校思想政治工作的方法。

In the light of the features of the thought and behavior of the university students born after 80s, this paper points out that the ideological and political work for the students of local colleges and universities should pay attention to the ideological features of the students, transform the old concept of ideological and political education, and innovate the method of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.
