赵东F-1大位移定向井钻井技术

摘要 赵东F—1井是大港油田第一口对外反承包的四段制定向探井,是我国陆上迄今为止水平位移最大的定向井,共有4个靶点。完钻井深4420m,垂深3329.02m,水平位移2624.70m,最大井斜52.48°;中靶精度高,靶区偏差最大17.94m,井眼轨迹与设计线最大偏差仅2.3°。应用电动钻机和顶部驱动钻井设备,优化钻具组合,完善钻井液性能,仅用79d就安全优质地钻成了这口大斜度高难度定向井。详细介绍了施工过程及技术措施。 Zhaodong well F-1 is the first four-section directional exploration well in Dagang oilfield, so far its lateral displacement is the longest onshore in China. The well had four targets, its final depth is 4 420m, the vertical depth is 3 329. 02m, the lateral displacement is 2 624. 7m, the highest deviation angle is 52. 48°; the well hit the target precisely with 17. 94m discrepancy (largest) in target area and 2. 3° deviation (largest) between the hole trajectory and designated line. It took only 79d to complete the extremely difficult high angle directional well safely with high grade by using the electric rig and top drive drilling equipment, optimized bottom hole assembly and perfect performance of drilling fluid. The job procedures and technical measures were introduced in detail.
