复杂地层双目标深井定向钻井技术

摘要 茨竹1井为川东高陡构造带上主探长兴生物礁和石炭系的双目标、大水平位移、定向深井,井身剖面为“直—增—稳—降—稳”五段制“S”形井眼。完钻井深5625m、水平位移1235.70m。文中详细介绍了复杂条件下上部地层钻井工艺技术、井身轨迹控制技术及安全钻井工艺技术,克服了地层倾角大、垮塌严重、地层硬、产层埋藏深、水平位移大、长段取心作业、中途加深设计井深、钻遇罕见溶洞性6个漏层等困难,准确命中双靶,井身质量优良。 Well Clzhu-1 is a double target, long lateral displacement and directional deep well of main exploration Changxing reef and Carboniferous system on Chuandong high -steep structural belt with the 'five section system' well profile. The final depth is 5 625m, the lateral displacement is 1 235. 70m. The drilling technology for the top formation, hole trajectory controlling technique and safe drilling technology under rough conditions were introduced in detail. The following difficulties were overcome: high dip angle formation, serious collapse, tough formation, deep burial depth of producing zones, long horizontal displacement, long-section coring operation, deepening design depth half way and having drilled six rare vugular lost circulation zones and so on. The double targets were hit precisely with high quality wellbore.
