不同氨基酸对少孢节丛孢菌(Arthrobotrys oligospora)生长的影响

摘要 为了解氨基酸在玉米粉琼脂培养基上对捕食线虫性真菌——少孢节丛孢菌Arthrobotrys oligospora产生捕食器及对寄生性线虫第3期幼虫捕食情况的影响,首先需要确定加入的氨基酸对真菌的生长是否有影响,我们研究了L-组氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-亮氨酸、DL-亮氨酸、L-苯丙氨酸、DL-苯丙氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、DL-缬氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-赖氨酸、L-谷氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-苏氨酸共13种氨基酸(以生理盐水、pH6.0的磷酸盐缓冲液和空白作对照)在玉米粉琼脂固体培养基上对少孢节丛孢菌生长的影响。结果表明,不同氨基酸对少孢节丛孢菌生长的影响表现各不相同,其中L-组氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-亮氨酸、DL-亮氨酸对菌丝生长促进作用明显,但同对照组比差异不显著;L-苯丙氨酸、DL-苯丙氨酸、L-蛋氨酸、DL-缬氨酸、L-色氨酸、L-赖氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-谷氨酸(0.500g/L浓度的溶液除外)对菌丝有一定促进作用,统计学分析差异也不显著;L-苏氨酸和L-谷氨酸(0.500g/L浓度的溶液)对真菌的生长有明显的抑制作用。另外,除L-谷氨酸外,不同浓度的同种氨基酸溶液对真菌生长的影响差异不显著。 The effects of amino acids on the growth of the nematode-trapping fungus-Arthrobotrys oligospora should be studied, before the effects of amino acids on the traps formation and killing the third larvae of parasitic nematode. So the growth influence of 13 kinds of amino acids on the nematode-trapping fungus-A, oligospora on corn meal agars (CMA) were studied, with Physiological saline, Phosphate buffer saline (pH6.0) and blank as the controls. The amino acids tested were L-Histidine, L- Isoleucine, L-Leucine, DL-Leucine, L-Phenylalanine, DL-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, DL-Valine, L-Tryptophan, L-Lysine, L-Glutamic acid, L-Valine and L-Threonine. The results showed that different amino acids had different effects on the growth of A. oligospora compared with the controls. Among all of amino acids, L-Histidine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine and DL-Leucine could promote the growth of the fungus, and L-Phenylalanine, DL-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, DL-Valine, L-Tryptophan, L-Lysine, L-Valine and L-Glutamic acid (excepted for 0. 500 g/L solutions) had a little effects, but the difference was not significant. In the same times, the L-Threonine and L-Glutamic acid (0. 500 g/L solutions) showed the inhibiting action. Except L-glutamic acid, there were no significant differences among different concentrations of the amino acids.
