摘要
研究了沸石分子筛催化剂上苯酚和异丙醇合成对异丙基苯酚的反应,得到较佳的反应条件:反应温度523~543K,质量空速1~3h-1,醇/酚摩尔比0.5~1.0。经过高温焙烧和水热处理后,催化剂的反应性能发生变化,用NH3-TPD、IR和EPR等手段表征了酸性质,结合反应性能讨论了影响烷基化反应活性和选择性的因素。
he alkylation of phenol with isopropanol to p-isopropylphenol on zeolite catalysts has been investigated.The reaction conditions are:reaction temperature 523~543K,WHSV 1~3h-1,n(IPA)/n(phenol)=0.5~1.0.The catalytic preperties of zeolites after calcination and steaming change notably.The surface acidity has been characterized by means of NH_3TPD,IR and EPR techniques.The factors that influence the reactivity and selectivity are discussed.
