摘要
研究了沸石分子筛催化剂上苯酚和异丙醇合成对异丙基苯酚的反应，得到较佳的反应条件：反应温度５２３～５４３Ｋ，质量空速１～３ｈ－１，醇／酚摩尔比０．５～１．０。经过高温焙烧和水热处理后，催化剂的反应性能发生变化，用ＮＨ３－ＴＰＤ、ＩＲ和ＥＰＲ等手段表征了酸性质，结合反应性能讨论了影响烷基化反应活性和选择性的因素。
he alkylation of phenol with isopropanol to p-isopropylphenol on zeolite catalysts has been investigated.The reaction conditions are:reaction temperature 523～543K,WHSV 1～3h-1,n(IPA)/n(phenol)=0.5～1.0.The catalytic preperties of zeolites after calcination and steaming change notably.The surface acidity has been characterized by means of NH_3TPD,IR and EPR techniques.The factors that influence the reactivity and selectivity are discussed.
