摘要
运用XRD、TPD-MS及色谱-微反流动法等手段,研究了Pd-CuO/γ-Al2O3双金属催化剂物相结构、表面氧性能及对催化活性的影响。结果表明,双金属催化剂中由于Pd-CuO间的相互作用,使催化剂活性组份的表面分散状态发生了变化。研究还表明不同的Pd/CuO比对CO和CH4的氧化具有不同的活性,可通过调变活性组份含量比,改善催化剂上氧的吸、脱附行为,从而起到提高活性的作用。
RD,TPDMS and a microreactorGC system were used to study the reducibility, surface oxygen desorption and recovery ability of PdCuO/γAl_2O_3 bimetallic catalystsExperimental results show that due to the interaction between Pd and CuO in the bimetallic catalyst,the surface dispersion state of the active component has changed a great deal.In addition,different Pd/CuO ratio has different oxidation activity for the oxidation of CO and CH_4By adjusting and changing the ratio of active component,it is possible to improve the surface oxygen desorption and recovery ability of catalysts,thereby increase the catalytic oxidation activity
