摘要
本文介绍了一种基于Lonworks技术的智能开关量测控节点的设计与开发,提出了设计方案,给出了I/O硬件电路和软件设计方法。硬件电路以MC143150为核心,输入通道由2片TLP521-4和1片74LS166组成,输出通道由1片74LS164、1片74LS373、2片TLP521-4和2片MC1413组成,程序用NEURONC编写,利用BitshiftI/O对象将8位数据字移入或移出Neuron芯片,并通过定义网络变量实现与其他节点通讯。节点设计简单,常规芯片与先进技术结合实现开关量的处理。
This paper introduces the design and development of intelligent switch value controlling node based on LONWORKS through offering its I/O hardware, circuit and method of software design. The hardware circuit takes MC143150 as core. The input channel is composed of two TLP521-4 and one 74LS166. The output channel consists of one 74LS164, one 74LS373, two TLP521-4 and two MC1413. The program is compiled with NEURON C. Bitshift I/O object is used to input or output the 8-bit data into or out of Neuron Chip and communication with other nodes is realized through defined network variables. The design of nodes is simple. The processing of switch value is done by the combination of applying advanced technology and the use of conventional chips.
