摘要
转矩流变仪是研究材料流变性能的重要仪器。本文介绍了一种基于RS-485总线的集散式转矩流变仪测控系统。该系统采用模块化设计,可以很好地克服目前转矩流变仪测控系统存在的缺点,提高系统的可靠性,并使仪器便于日后的维护和扩展。
The torque rheometer is an ideal instrument used to study flowing property of polymer material. This paper presents a distributed control system based on RS-485 bus. The system is designed by modeling method. It can overcome shortcomings of the measuring and control system of torque rheometer now, and the stability of system is improved greatly, and maintainment and extension of instruments become easier.
