摘要
随着社会经济的发展,板带产品的质量要求越来越高,对精度的要求也越来越高。很多原有的生产线都已经不能满足要求。本文就镇江鼎胜铝加工厂冷轧铝箔生产线控制系统为例,从系统的总体设计、控制策略、软硬件配置、数据信息流的处理和控制器的设计等方面阐述了如何利用NILabVIEWRT和PXI硬件开发出基于NI可编程自动控制器(PAC)为核心的板厚监测和控制系统。该系统完成高速数据采集、逻辑控制和数据显示的功能,能进行高精度实时监测并且具有比传统PLC更快的响应时间和保证连续工作。
With the development of social economy, the accuracy of the strip is higher. This make lots of cold rolling mills being drop behind, and the renovation is necessary. The paper explicate the operation principle, hardware and software configuration, function assignment, data flow and application program structure of the AGC systems based on NI PAC platform are presented by use of NI LabVIEW RT and PXI hardware., in Zhenjiang Ding Sheng Aluminum machining mill. The system can complete the function of high-speed data acquisition,logical control and data display, and deliver high-precision monitoring combined with faster response times than traditional PLCs and ensure continuous operation.
