基于FF现场总线的先进PID功能块设计

Design of Advanced PID Function Block Based on Foundation Fieldbus

本文在基金会现场总线的标准PID功能块结构的基础上,结合自适应模糊PID控制理论和功能块技术,提出了自适应模糊PID功能块的设计方法,并且在水箱温度控制系统中进行验证,得到了满意的控制效果。

The paper proposes a design method of adaptive fuzzy PID function block, based on standard PID function block of Foundation Fieldbus. In the function block design process, we combine the adaptive fuzzy PID control theory and the block technology. Then, the adaptive fuzzy PID function block is verified to obtain the satisfying control effect in the water ture control system.
