摘要
为实现装甲装备全车电缆的原位自动测试,克服传统测试手段效率低、精度差等弊端,研制了一套针对装甲装备电缆断、短路故障的原位通用测试系统;系统采用单片机技术、数据库技术和模块化设计方法,具有良好的人机交互环境,便于测量通道扩展和系统软件维护;介绍了系统的测试原理、硬件结构和软件设计;系统的结构设计使其具有良好的通用性;该测试系统的应用使装甲装备电缆检测实现了自动化测试,缩短了检测时间,提高了检测效率。
For automatically test Armored Equipment Cables without dismantling,developed a general testing system for the short and turnoff faults of armored equipment cables ,which may overcome the shortcoming,such as inefficient anti imprecision,of traditional testing means. Testing system use SCM technology,database technology and modularizational method. It has a good man-machine conversational environment and it is easy to extend metrical channels and maintain software. Introduced system testing theory., hardware structure and software design. System has good universal capability because of its structure. System has realized automatic test of Armored Equipment Cables,shorten the testing time,and enhanced testing efficiency.
