面向故障诊断的重构模式及应用研究

摘要 智能故障诊断技术为保障工程技术系统的可靠性和安全性开辟了新的途径,随着系统设备和功能的日益复杂化,发生故障的机率以及由此带来的损失越来越大,现有单一、固定的故障诊断方法却难以满足复杂系统诊断的全部要求。针对故障诊断特点,探讨了基于软件复用的重构故障诊断系统的解决方案,提出了系统的重构层次模型,采用多智能体技术构造了一种具有进化和重构特性的故障诊断推理模型,讨论了诊断模型重构的方法,并通过实例初步验证了可行性,为今后故障诊断系统的开发提供了新的理念和方法。 The technology of intelligent fault diagnosis develops a new way for the reliability and safety of industrial systems, but, with the gradual complication of the equipment and function of system, which leads to more faults and loss, it can no longer meet all demand to diagnose fault complex systems by existing solitary and static means. According to the characteristics of fault diagnosis, a solution plan to reconstruct fault diagnosis systems based on software reuse is researched, a system reconstruction model based on the layers structure is pointed out, and an reasoning model for the fault diagnosis, with characteristics of evolution and reconfiguration, is presented by the use of the multi-agents technology, some methods about how to reconstruct diagnosis models are also discussed, at last the feasibility of this research is initially verified in the test by some actual results, so a new theory and method is provided to develop diagnosis systems in the future
