Nowdays,GIS visual technique is a field which researchers pay special attention.Thispaper started with the analysis of the features of this technique.Next,it actualized the structure of GIS-MIS for mugwump command,the process of special data,the construction,collection and look-up of dataase,the statistic function and so on..What＇s funther, this paper introduced the key of GIS visual technique which was used in the development of the system for management data.At last,it indicated the application prespect of this system in the system for management data.
