摘要
在常规齿轮建模中存在着渐开线和齿根过渡圆弧曲线精度不足以及装配误差容易造成干涉的问题,从加工齿轮的角度,以三维建模软件Pro/E为平台,采用参数化建模方法,对人字齿轮零件进行建模,并结合虚拟装配技术和Pro/E中的装配模块来完成零件的虚拟装配,建立相应两个人字齿轮的装配模型。通过在有限元计算和动力学分析中应用,其结果表明建模方法建立的模型精度相对较高,装配方法能有效的消除轮齿干涉,对提高有限元分析、机构运动分析、动力学分析的准确度奠定了基础。
In conventional gear modeling the involutes and the tooth root transition circular arc curve are not precise enough, and the assembly error is easy to cause interference. With accurately parameterized modeling on the platform of Pro/Engineer, a three - dimensional assembly model for herringbone gears is established through the Virtual Assemble Technique and the Assembly Module of Pans in Pro/E. and application in finite element calculation or dynamic analyses. Compared with the results of other modeling methods, it proved that the model has higher accuracy, and the method of virtual assembly can eliminates tooth interference effectively. It is important to improve the accuracy of finite element analysis, machine kinematics analysis and dynamic analysis.
