室性早搏与心肌电生理异质性关系的研究

Study on Relationship between Ventricular Premature Beats and Electrophysiological Heterogeneity of Myocardial Cell

目的:研究不同起源部位室性早搏发生率与心室肌细胞电生理异质性的关系。方法:应用12导联同步动态心电图检测482例室性早搏患者,计算各起源部位室性早搏发生率。结果:右心室流出道早搏发生率最高,为34.02%;左心室流出道早搏发生率为9.13%;右心室各部位早搏总发生率62.86%;左心室各部位早搏总发生率37.14%;右心室早搏发生率明显高于左心室。结论:不同起源部位室性早搏发生率与心肌细胞电生理异质性相一致。

Objective： To investigate the relation between the incidence rates of ventricular premature beats from different original positions and the electrophysiological heterogeneity of myocardial cell. Methods：To examine 482 patients with ventricular premature beats by synchronism 12-leads monitoring electrocardiograms and calculate the incidence rates of ventricular premature beat from each original position. Results .. The incidence rate of ventricular prematurebeat from right ventricular outflow tract was highest of all ,that was 34.02%. The incidence rate of ventricular premature beat from left ventricular outflow tract was 9.13%. The incidence rate of ventricular premature beat from right ventricle was 62.86%. The incidence rate of ventricular premature beat from left ventricle was 37. 14%. The incidence rate of ventricular premature beat from right ventricle was higher than that from left ventricle. Conclusion：The incidence rates of ventricular premature beats from different original positions are concordance with the electrophysiological heterogeneity of myocardial cell.
