增大输油管线输送能力的技术经济分析

Technical and Economical Analysis on Increasing Transportation Capacity of Oil Pipeline

对于一条已经建成的石油管道而言，采用哪一种增大输量方式来增大管线的输送能力最经济，这是一个重要的技术经济分析课题。本文从费用现值最低的角度出发，给出了确定管线最佳增输方式的方法和敷设副管的经济界限，并进行了实例计算。分析与计算表明，所提出的方法是合理可行的。

To a bulit oil pipeline, an important problem of technical and economical analysis is which way is the best one of increasing trans portation capacity of oil pipeline .Starting from the view point of lowest cost present value, this paper gives out a method to determine the optimal way of increasing trans poriation capacity of oil pipeline, economic limits of laying parallel pipes, and an example. Analysis show that the proposed method is reasonable and feasible.
