离心式输油泵自动控制仪的研制

摘要 原油在集输过程中,转油站的输油泵由于种种原因,在没有原油供给的情况下继续长时间运转而烧坏泵头,影响了正常输油,并造成直接经济损失和电能浪费的严重后果。取输油系电动机的电源电流作为监测控制信号,根据电流的变化达到自动控制输油泵的目的。该仪器具有结构简单,性能稳定可靠,体积小等特点,可广泛用于油田转油站。 During crude gathering and transferring process, if supply of crude is lack for various reason for a long time, pump head of the pump in the station might be damaged and economic loss and energy waste may not be avoided .Takeing power source current of motor of oil pump as monitoring signal to pump oil automatically according to the changes of electriccurrent. This instrument have advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable performance. It can be used widely in oil transfer station.
