摘要
合成了2,2,6,6-四甲基-1,4-二羟基哌啶(TMHPNOH),对其结构和基本性质进行了研究,发现在有微量水存在的条件下TMHPNOH自苯溶液析出絮凝过程中1HNMR谱水峰有变化,考察了变化过程的温度效应,并对此现象作了初步研究.
Tetramethyl 1,4 dihydroxypoperidine(TMHPNOH)is synthesized.Its stability to heat and oxygen is examined.The relationship is discussed between its properties and molecular structure.It is found that during the flocculation of the compound from benzene solution in the existence of a small amount of H 2O a significant change of its 1H NMR spectra occurs,and the temperature effect is noticed,from which a valuable dynamic study method of the phase separation such as flocculation,crystallization,etc,might be suggested.
