中国经济特区的建立与发展研究述评

China economy special zone's construction and development research comment

1978年召开的十一届三中全会,确立了改革开放的重大战略方针。由此,经济特区的建立,拉开了中国对外开放历史的一幕。30年间,经济特区取得了举世公认的伟大成就,同时也为我国进一步扩大对外开放提供了经验。本文对于理论界关于经济特区的建立与发展问题的研究作了较为系统的总结,将研究的主要侧重点概括为六个方面,并给出了简要的评价。

After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC, China ‘s reform and open-door policy is shaped as an important strategic guideline. Accordingly, China establishes many special economic zones to put its reform into practice. During the process of reforming, the special economic zones are so successful that they have accumulated rich experiences for further reforming. This article aims to sum up the studies on the development of special economic zones by six topics.
