摘要
通过与国外大石化公司生产规模、劳动生产率、研究开发方面的对比，分析了中石化竞争力相对较弱的原因，提出了提高竞争力的若干建议。
he paper makes a comparision between SINOPEC and external large petrochemical companies onproduction scale,labour productivity, research and development. Reasons for lower SINOPEC compet-itiveness are analysed and some proposals for increasing its competitiveness are put forward.
