基于湖北经济现状所构建的循环经济指标体系

Constructing recycling economy index system basing on Hubei economy present situation

循环经济指标体系是目前国内外学者与政府部门共同关注的热点问题,本文根据循环经济的基本原理以及循环经济指标体系建立的一般原则,联系湖北经济发展的现状,构建了一套适应湖北经济发展的循环经济指标体系。这些指标将为湖北制定循环经济发展目标、推进循环经济发展提供理论依据。

International academe and department of government both pay attention to the index system of circular economy at present , according to the basic principle of circular economy and the rules how to construct a index system of circular economy , combining with Hubei economic situation , I construct a index system of circular economy which is suit for the development of Hubei economy , the index will provide the theoretical basis on which to formulae circular economy development goal ,and advance circular economy development for Hubei.
