本文运用循环经济理论,在分析我国电力工业现状和面临问题的基础上,研究了电力工业发展循环经济的必要性,提出了完善配套政策、加大结构调整力度、积极发展劣质煤、煤矸石、城市垃圾电厂,加强综合利用,实行清洁生产等电力工业发展循环经济的对策,为我国电力企业开展循环经济工作提供相应参考。

Based on recycle economics theory, the statue of electrical power industry of china is analyzed, and the necessary of development of recycle economics in electrical power industry is studied. The countermeasure such as improving system policy, strengthening structure adjustment, developing low quality coal power plant and gangue power plant, strengthening Comprehensive Use, and carrying on Cleaner Production are putted up in this paper, these provide reference to the development of recycle economics in electricity power industry of China.
