摘要
制度经济学是经济理论的前沿。由于我国经济体制改革实践和理论的需要,大量的西方制度经济理论文献被引进。本文的主要内容是对制度经济理论进行简单梳理、分类和评述,并指出,制度经济学并没有至善至美,许多制度经济学的观点有待证实,在学术上还有广阔的空间,我们必须运用马克思主义的基本原理,结合我国特有的国情进行比较研究才能结出丰硕的果实。
Institutional Economics is a frontier of Economics Theory. Owing to the demand of practice and theory of economic system reforming in our country, plenty of literatures of western institutional economic theories were introduced into China. In this thesis, the writer pointed out that the institutional economic theories are not perfect and many of their theories are to be validated by giving a brief summary, classification and comment on them. There is still much space for people to make a study. In China, only when we combine the principles of Marxism with the distinct Chinese situation, can we get plentiful and substantial results by comparing the two different kinds of theories.
