在就业形势异常严峻的情况下,被称为吸纳就业"海绵"的社区就业逐步引起社会各界的关注。劳动关系是影响社区就业发展的重要因素之一,我国就业发展过程中劳动关系存在着很多问题,建立富有弹性的、多层次的、人性化的劳动关系体系,使社区就业规范化,具有重要的现实意义。

In this unusually severe employment situation,the community, which is known as a ＂sponge＂ of employment, is drawing more and more attention from all circles of the society. Being one of the most important factors that affect the development of community employment, labor relations in China, however, is obsessed by many problems. Therefore, the establishment of a flexible, multi-level and humane labor relations system so that the community employment can be standardized has great practical significance.
