论信息素养视角下的计算机基础教育改革

Fundamental-computing education innovation in the view of Information Literacy

大学计算机基础教育是以计算机为核心的信息技术教育。本文在分析计算机基础教育变迁的基础上,得出其发展轨迹,论证了信息素养教育融入进而统领计算机基础教育的必要性和必然性,并提出了若干实施建议。

College fundamental-computing education is now considered as computer-kernelled information technology education. In this thesis, the author analyses it＇s flux of meaning, beside this, we can see there is going to integrate Information Literacy with fundamental-computing education. Some suggestions are originated to actualize this integration.
