浅议发展天然气汽车

A PRIMARY DISCUSSION ON DEVELOPING NATURAL GAS VEHICLES

纵观世界天然气汽车发展历史，人们强烈认识到天然气汽车项目的提出，紧密地关系到当今世界存在在的能源和污染两个基本问题。从石油资源出现枯竭的兆头，迫使人类为汽车寻找新的燃料；从世界性能源结构调整，表明时代要求发展新型燃料汽车；从改善环境质量，减少大气污染，人们期待清洁燃料汽车；从加快天然气汽车推广步伐，形成新的经济增长点等四个方面，论述了大力发展天然气汽车的必要性和紧迫性。

Taking a general view of the development history of the world natural gas vehicle industry,people strongly recognize that the natural gas vehicle project's proposal is closely related to the two fundamental problems,the energy source and pollution,existing in the world at present.The necessity and urgency of devoting major efforts to developing natural gas vehicles are discussed from four aspects,i.e.the portent of appearing depletion in oil resources forces mankind to search after new fuels for vehicles;the adjustment of energy structure over all the world indicates that the times demand to develop new type fuel vehicles;for improving environmental quality and decreasing atmospheric pollution,people expect clean fuel vehicles;and through quickening the steps of popularizing the natural gas vehicles,a new economic growth point will be formed.
