加速成都市公交车辆推广应用天然气

TO QUICKEN POPULARIZING AND APPLYING NATURAL GAS TO THE BUSES IN CHENGDU

改革开放以来，随着城市面积的快速扩大，城市人口和机动车辆的飞速增长，城市环境污染日趋严重。减轻城市环境污染已成为社会各界关注的一大热点，并已提到地方政府的重要议事日程上。近期将出台一些限制城市环境污染的措施和法规，因此，加速成都市公交车辆推广应用清洁燃料已势在必行。作为世界公认的汽车清洁燃料———天然气，在成都地区具有可靠的气源保证。其价格为汽油的６０％，所排放的污染物仅为汽油的几十分之一。根据城市公交车辆的营运环境特性，采用天然气作汽车燃料是最有效、最可靠的选择。

Generally,the urban public traffic enterprises are in a financially difficult position and have to be subsidized by the governments in order to maintain subsistence and development.Because of the “Reform and Opening”,a rapid expansion of the urban area,the fast growth of population and a great increase in motor vehicles in recent years,the urban environmental pollution has become more and more serious.Owing to the fact that lightening urban environmental pollution has become a large hot spot topic concerned by all social circles and has been put on the important agenda of the local governments,some measures and statutes of limiting urban environmental pollution will be promulgated in the near future.Therefore,it must be enforced to quicken popularizing and applying the clean fuels to the buses in Chengdu.The natural gas taken as one of the world acknowledged automobile clean fuels is of a reliable resource guarantee in Chengdu region,its price is 60% that of gasoline and the quantum of the pollutants discharged by burning it is less than 10 percent that by burning gasoline.According to the properties of operation environment of the buses in Chengdu,it is,undoubtedly,the most effective and reliable selection to adopt the natural gas as the automobile fuel.
