摘要
陆逊是三国时期的杰出人物,其辅政对吴国的发展起到了重要作用。他的儒家法律思想表现在"民本"、"德教"和"缓刑"三个方面,而产生原因主要有家族传统、友族影响和社会需要。另外,陆逊的法律思想也具有重要的现实意义。
Lu Xun is an outstanding historical personage in the period of the Three Kingdoms. His political practice played an important role in development of the Wu Kingdom. His Confucian legal thoughts are mainly reflected by the human-centered thought, moralization and mitigation of punishment. The development of his legal thoughts are largely inspired by the clan traditions, friendly clans influence and the requirements of the society. In additon, his legal thoughts also have important practical significance.
