苏州地区的民营企业对高职毕业生的需求较为旺盛,也期望与高职院校建立合作关系。但由于目前高职教育本身尚存在一定问题,企业与学校的目标又各不相同,所以,校企合作应依据不同类型的企业"量体裁衣",以探索多种合作模式。

The private enterprises in Suzhou have a great demand for higher vocational college graduates and they also expect to establish cooperative relationships with higher vocational colleges. However, vocational education system is imperfect, while enterprises and colleges have different aims. It follows that the college-corporate cooperation should be ＂customer-tailored＂ according to different enterprises and various cooperative modes should be established.
