The Two Ways of Improving the Moral Quality of Higher Vocational and Technical University Studnets

切实提高高职高专学校学生的道德素质,须以建设和谐社会、和谐校园为目的,用创新思维改变过去道德素质教育工作的惰性与惯性,从而通过"三个引导",即引导自我定位、正确对待外界评价、增强社会参与意识等促进德育主体的自觉;通过优化"三个关系",即优化师生关系、优化同龄人关系和优化家庭关系等促进客体环境的优化。

At present, the purpose of improving the moral education and moral quality of students in higher vocational and technical university is to construct the harmonious society and harmonious campus.We should change the inertia of moral education into innivative thinking and make efforts in two ways.One is to promote the awareness of moral education＇s mainbody with ＂three guidances＂（guidance to self-orientation, guidance to treat- ing outside appraisal correctly and guidance to enhancing the sense of social participation）. The other is to optimize the objective environment by＂three relations＂（optimizing teacher-student relation,optimizing peerrelation and optimizing family relation）.
