摘要
讨论了不锈钢上化学镀Ni-P合金镀层的工艺,重点是不锈钢基体的前处理工艺、镀液温度和PH值。对镀层成分和结构的分析、结合力测试表明,用文中提出的前处理工艺对不锈钢基体处理后,再进行化学镀能获得性能可靠的Ni-P合金镀层。
The craftwork of the chemical Ni-P alloy plating on stainless steel is discussed with emphasis on the pre-treatment process of the stainless steel matrix, the bath temperature and PH value. The analysis of the composition and structure of coating together with tests shows that reliable Ni-P alloy plating can be obtained if stainless steel is plated before the stainless steel matrix is treated by the pre-treatment process.
