摘要 结合南京地铁2号线东延线盾构隧道下穿宁芜铁路工程,分析了盾构掘进对铁路的影响,阐述了穿越施工中所采取的安全措施。为避免轨道出现过大变形,对轨下盾构穿越区进行全断面分区注浆及旋喷加固,并在此基础上对轨道结构架设D型便梁进行防护。结果表明,所采取的安全措施有效地减小了轨道变形,确保了盾构施工及铁路行车安全。 Base on the shield tunnelling project of Nanjing metro Line 2 (the east extension)which crosses the underground of the railway between Nanjing and Wuhu, this paper analyses the effect of shield advancing on railways and describes the safety measures in the process of shield crossing construction. To avoid excessive displacement in track caused by the construction, the area under tracks is strengthened by injection and jet grouting, and the D-type auxiliary dirder is erected under the track on the base of ground consolidation. As the result shows, the safety measures have effectively decreased the displacement of tracks, and ensured the safety of shield construction and railway operation as well.
