摘要
内环线改建工程龙阳路段高架桥临近上海轨道交通7号线,桥梁桩基与盾构隧道最小净距为3.42m,工程难度大、工期紧、施工干扰大。分析了工程施工的难点,并制定了相应的工程对策;提出了深护筒钻孔灌注桩施工技术方案和既有盾构保护加固措施。施工结果表明,地铁盾构隧道旁的高架桥深桩基工程采用深护筒钻孔灌注桩施工技术,盾构隧道旁采用水泥搅拌桩加固并辅助以信息化施工监测技术,可很好地控制既有地铁隧道变形,为今后此类工程施工提供了借鉴。
The improving project of Longyanglu section viaduct in Shanghai Inner Ring is close to the rail transit Line 7, the minimum clear distance between the bridge pile foundation and the shield tunnel is only 3.42 m, thus the project is threatened by both the tight schedule and the large construction disturbance. In view of these characteristics, the paper analyzes the project difficulties, formulates the corresponding engineering countermeasures and proposes the construction technology scheme of deepguard-barrel-bored pile & the shield protection. The project indicates that the construction measures of the project may control the deformation of metro and tunnel effectively, and thus provides a reference to the similar constructions.
