It＇s an inevitable requirement of both higher education development and the self -development for the professionalism and specialization of college mentors. In recent years, there has been the focus of researches into the construction of professionalism and specialization of college mentors. This paper explores the measures and approaches from the construction necessity of college mentors being professionalized and specialized with the overview the recent researches into the professionalism and specialization of college mentors.
