“以人为本”视角下的高校思想政治教育改革

Ideological and Political Education Reform in Colleges and Universities from "People-oriented" Perspective

分析了目前我国高校思想政治教育存在的问题,指出了影响思想政治教育效果的原因,提出按照"以人为本"的教育理念,从尊重学生主体性、关注大学生心理需求和成长空间、创新教育手段等方面入手,对高校思想政治教育进行改革。

This paper analyses the existing problems of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China, and points out the causes affecting the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. The paper proposes the educational notion of ＂people-oriented＂ to reform the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the aspects of respecting students themselves, attaching importance to psychological needs and development potential of students, and innovating educational means etc.
