摘要
卢梭以古希腊城邦民主制为参照构建其理想的"政治社会"即民族国家,从而形成了公民民族的理念。文章意在说明公民、主权等概念只有在民族国家的框架内才有意义,由此论证建立民族国家的必要性与合法性,并表明卢梭民族主义的思想倾向。
Rousseau constructed his ＂Democratic Society＂, namely, Nation-state, based on the democracy of ancient Greek city-states, thus forming the notion of Citizen-nation. The paper aims to express that the two concepts of ＂citizenship＂ and ＂sovereignty＂ have value only in the frame of Nation-state, so as to demonstrate the necessity and legitimacy of establishing nation-states, and Rousseau＇s nation- alist attitude.
