文章分析审查逮捕过程中检察权对犯罪嫌疑人正当权益保护意义的同时,通过问卷调查,发现检察机关在保护犯罪嫌疑人合法权益方面存在需要进一步完善的地方,针对这些存在的问题,在分析其原因的基础上,提出相应的对策,希望借此引起人们对犯罪嫌疑人正当权益的关注。

It is analyzed the power to review the course of the arrestment of suspects to protect the legitimate rights and interests. At the same time, with the result of the survey, it is found the prosecution procedure should consider more about the suspect＇ s legitimate rights and interests. Based on the cause analysis ,solutions are proposed to arouse the public attention on this issue.
