论农村社会观念对农村教育发展的影响——以西北地区所做调查为例

The Influence of the Social Opinion of the Rural People on Rural Area Education——A Case of North-West Survey

文章通过对农村社会观念在国家免费义务教育政策实施前后对农村教育发展影响的考察发现,落后的农村社会观念始终是制约农村教育发展的重要因素,并且随着国家基础教育课程改革的大力推进及课程制约性的式微,落后的农村社会观念对农村教育事业发展的瓶颈作用将日益凸显出来。鉴于此,文章提出了转变落后观念,树立先进教育意识的看法和具体建议。

With the survey of the influence of rural people＇ s opinion on rural area education before and after free compulsory education policy,it is revealed that the backward rural opinion is an important fact blocking the development of rural area education. Along with the national reform on fundamental curriculums,the constraint is more obvious. Therefore,the way of changing their opinions, with more advanced educational awareness is proposed with feasible suggestions.
