A new method,which on 3D modeling for bevel gear with UG4.0,is presented.The method accords with the definition of contour line of cone gear in theory of machines and mechanisms,thus it can create accurate 3D models.And it introduces a method of using the spreadsheet to realize the parameterized controlling and automatic modeling for involutes gear.
