摘要
以工程机械定轴式动力换档变速箱为研究对象,分析了变速箱齿轮布局的拓扑结构,用平面多杆机构来表达其拓扑特征,并绘制了它的拓扑结构图。以此拓扑为基础,建立了以变速箱端面面积最小为目标函数的齿轮布局优化数学模型。最后给出一个优化实例,用遗传算法对该优化模型进行求解。计算结果表明,该种方法能有效减小变速箱端面的面积。
Taking coaxial power shift gearbox of construction machinery as research object,the layout topology of gearbox is analyzed.Using planar multi-bar mechanism to express its topological characteristics,its topology map is painted.Based on this topology map,an optimized mathematical model of gears layout is established,the smallest end-face area is the objective function.An example is given at last.Genetic algorithms were used to solve this optimization example.Optimization calculation results show that the methods can effectively reduce the end-face area of transmission box.
