摘要
通过对带传动的受力分析,进行了带传动滑动率ε与有效拉力Fe、效率η之间的理论推导和计算,得到了带传动滑动率ε在1%~2%时,效率最高的结论。经过仿真并和实验曲线相比较,解释了实际测试中带传动的效率与滑动率ε之间的非正比关系。
Based on the force analysis of belt transmission,the relation among the rate of elastic slide and effective force and losing power is calculated and analyzed,the result shows that,it is maximal efficiency while the rate of elastic slide is about 1%~2%.Comparing the simulating with experiment curve,the non-liner relation between efficiency and rate of elastic slide is explained.
