摘要
分析了渗碳淬火齿轮残余应力的形成,建立了一种含相变塑性的热弹性本构关系。利用有限元方法对一个渗碳淬火齿轮的残余应力进行了计算。并与实验结果进行了比较,讨论了引入相变塑性的效果。
The formation of residual stress of carbureted and quenching gear is analysis;A thermoelastoplastic constitutive relation involving phase transformation plasticity is established.The residual stress of a carbureted and quenching gear is calculated by use of the finite element method.And the same test results is compared,the effects of phase transformation plasticity is discussed.
