摘要
介绍了利用Pro/E软件对辛普森行星齿轮机构进行虚拟装配的方法和步骤,以及采用Pro/Mechanism进行运动学仿真的过程,同时详细的分析了辛普森齿轮机构在各个档位的工作情况;通过对输入、输出转速的测定,能够计算出传动比,与理论值完全吻合,表明可以利用虚拟装配技术分析复杂行星齿轮机构。
The methods and steps for virtual assembly for Simpson planet gear mechanism with the software Pro/E are introduced,and the processes on motion analysis by means of Pro/Mechanism is discussed.Working statuses of Simpson planet gear mechanism at each position is analyzed in detail.That transmission ratio equals the theoretical ratio can be concluded,by measuring the speed of input and output and that it is a very effective method to analyze complicated planetary gear by virtual assembly.
