现场总线的传动控制研究与应用

摘要 自动化网络通讯是工厂自动化控制系统的重要部分,基于工业以太网络的管理层和Profibus-DP的控制层构成完整的控制系统。从现代自动化控制网络入手,对包括4台6RA70、1台6SE70、2台远程I/O站与西门子S7-400PLC所构成的通讯网络进行深入分析和研究。提出控制字控制交直流传动装置的运行状态,该方案利用网络传输控制字提高系统性能并大大简化了系统的维护,提高了工作效率。 Automation N. k Communication is an important part of the automation control system of a plant. Its complete control system consists of the management layer based on industrial Ethernet and Profibus-DP control layer. Taking modern automation control network as the point of departure, the communication network consisting of four 6RA70, one 6SE70, two remote I/O stations and SIEMENS S7-400PLC was analyzed and studied thoroughly. It suggested that it should use control word to control running state of alternating current and direct current driving devices. This scheme made use of network transmission control word to increase performance of the system, greatly simplify maintenance of the system, and enhance work efficiency.
