摘要
针对高炉煤气干法除尘卸灰阀门、三通、弯头、管道频繁刷漏问题,进行分析研究,通过优化干法除尘工艺操作、改造管系结构等方法,延长了输灰系统使用寿命、降低了材料消耗、减少了维护和检修工作量,提高了干法除尘系统的安全性。
The frequent leakage problems in dust discharging valve, tee, elbow and pipe of dry dusting system of blast furnace gas were analyzed. The dry dusting process was optimized and pipe structure was reconstructed. It extended service life of the ash transport system, reduced material consumption, decreased work amount of maintenance and increased safety of the dry dusting system.
