斜齿增速箱齿轮问题对风机轴瓦振动的影响

Influence of Gears in Helical Speed Increasing Box on Vibration of Blower Bush

风机增速箱齿轮更换后,导致风机轴瓦(与增速箱相连)垂直、轴向振动大。经过对该轴瓦振动的反复分析和处理,发现引起风机轴瓦振动的根本原因是更换的齿轮对问题,为类似风机、齿轮箱的检修和振动处理提供了依据。

There was big vibration in blower bush （linking up with a speed increasing box） vertically and axially after changing of the speed increasing box gears of the blower. Through thorough analysis and disposal of the vibration, it found out that basic reason causing vibration of the blower bush was changing of the gears. It gave a reference to maintenance and disposal of similar blower and gear box.
