摘要
介绍了新建120t转炉烟气洗涤水的水处理技术。通过试验采用"高效混凝剂+高效絮凝剂+高效专用除硬剂+高效阻垢剂"技术处理后,循环水中悬浮物(SS)达到小于80 mg/L,总硬度达到小于50 mg/L(以CaCO3计)的标准。运行经济合理,操作方便,取得了很好的直接经济效益和环境效益。
The water disposal technology of fume scrubbing water of newly built 120t converter was presented. The disposal technology with high efficient coagulant＋high efficient flocculent＋special high efficient softening agent＋high efficient scale resisting reagent was selected through tests. The scrubbing water was treated by the technology. The results showed that suspended matter （SS） in circulating water was less than 80mg/L and total hardness was below 50 mg/L （CaCO3 basis）. The technology had the advantages of economic running and convenient operation, and achieved significant economic and environmental benefits.
