摘要
运用DEA方法进行决策单元的综合评价具有客观性和灵活性,但其对有效和弱有效DMU无法辨识的缺陷严重阻碍了该方法在评价领域的运用。由此,文章提出一种基于次生产前沿面的两阶段DEA评价方法,证明了新构建的次生产前沿面具有存在性、被包络性和不交性三大性质。同时,在证明原有效DMU投影次生产前沿面有效值恒大于1、排序方法与一般DEA有效值排序相反的基础上把两阶段中新旧DEA模型计算结果进行合理整合,得出综合排序结论。最后,通过一个实例说明了方法的可行性。
The DEA method would be objective and nimble when used in quality comprehensive evaluation of the decisionmaking units, but its incapability to identify some effective and weakly effective DMUs seriously hinders its usage in appraisal. In view of this, this paper proposes a two-stage DEA appraisal method based on the secondary production frontier, which proves the three natures of newly-built secondary production frontier:existence,being enveloped and nonintersection. Meanwhile, we draw a comprehensive prioritizing conclusion by reasonably integrating the computation results of the new DEA model with those of the old model after proving that originally effective value in the secondary production frontier is bigger than 1 and that the prioritizing method is opposite to the ordinary DEA effective value sequencing method. At last, the feasibility of this method was confirmed by an example.
