基于物元模型的城市交通评价及实证研究

Comprehensive Evaluation and Empirical Research of Urban Traffic Based on a Matter-element Model

根据城市道路交通管理可持续发展(URTASD)的理论,本文利用可拓学的知识,对URTASD的状况作了综合评价。通过对URTASD影响因素的分析,构建了URTASD的综合物元评价模型,并将多指标的评价目标转变为单目标决策,评价结果能比较简明地反映出城市道路交通管理可持续发展水平。

On the basis of Urban Traffic Administration Sustainable Development （URTASD） theory, the extended Multifactorial Evaluation method is utilized to assess the level of URTASD in the paper. A matter-element model of the extended Multi-factorial Evaluation is build up by analyzing the elements that influence URTASD. Then the multi-ingredient assessment is transformed into the single-object decision, and the results can directly show the sustainable development level of the urban road traffic administration.
