摘要 为解决模糊综合评价在运营效益评价过程中存在的很难克服指标权重设置中的主观性问题,本文引进了统计学理论中的最新内容——支持向量机,并针对高速公路企业运营效益评价内容体系自身特点,建立高速公路企业的运营效益评价的支持向量机评价模型;通过对湖南省潭邵高速公路企业的运营效益进行评价的实例,更客观地验证了高速公路企业运营效益评价模型的可行性和有效性。 To solve the problem of the subjectivity in the index weight set of the fuzzy integrated assessment method in the operation profit evaluation process, in this paper we first introduce a statistical theory of the latest concept in statistics -- Support Vector Machine (SVM), then construct an index system to evaluate operation profits of expressway corporations under the rule of scientificalness and maneuverability, and later propose a SVM model to systematically evaluate the operation profits of expressway corporations. At last, we use this model to evaluate the performance of Tan-to-Shao expressway corporation in Hunan province. It turns out that the evaluation results are comparatively effective and feasible.
